Together with our customer, we define how many parts should be available in which period. Production is based precisely on this agreement: if less is called off, we produce more in a targeted manner – so the stock remains constant. This creates planning security and optimizes costing. The key: precisely defined replenishment times instead of excess stock.

Custom-made products
Whether it’s a one-off or a small series: direct dialog is what counts when it comes to custom-made products. We calculate individually according to complexity, production time and delivery requirements – precisely tailored to your needs. The prerequisite: a clear flow of information between the customer and HALLER – so that everything fits, from the idea to delivery.
Project business
We develop project-specific production and delivery concepts for time-critical sectors such as agricultural engineering or special machine construction. This guarantees that your components are ready when you need them – whether for harvest time, a market launch or a special order.
